Your role with us

A Project Implementation Coordinator at Salem Health plays a key role in supporting and facilitating project execution by assisting Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, and meeting coordination, while also managing small projects or project phases to ensure timely completion and effective communication. They maintain project tracking tools, support administrative functions within the PMO, and contribute to quality improvement efforts. Additionally, they oversee digital communication platforms like SharePoint to ensure smooth information flow and portfolio management. What you'll do

• Manage and track progress of small projects or specific project phases to ensure milestones are met.
• Provide comprehensive project support to Project Managers, including meeting documentation, facilitation, and resource scheduling.
• Define and maintain project scope, objectives, governance structures, and related documentation.
• Communicate project status, changes, and decisions to key stakeholders effectively.
• Establish and maintain PMO project tracking tools and provide general administrative support.
• Maintain and improve PMO-related SharePoint sites and support portfolio management software.
• Collaborate with PMO team and other departments to contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, May be filled with educational agreement in place to complete within 2 years.
• 3 years demonstrated successful experience in roles requiring logistical coordination and administrative support including at least 2 years of project management, organizational development or process improvement initiatives.

Additional Information

• Experience supporting a project management environment.
• 1 year healthcare experience and logistical coordination project management leading teams. 
• Candidate must be able to come into the office at least 2 days a week in Salem, Oregon.
