Event Description:
Santa’s excited to visit with you all at the Carousel again and he’s asked we do things a little differently this year due to Covid-19, mindful of everyone’s health & safety, especially all the children he will be visiting here and around the world.
Salem’s Riverfront Carousel has carefully planned operations and offerings in our re-design of the 2020 holiday season - with the mission to make each visit a safe and a magical experience for our guests. To help us in these efforts, all visits will be by online reservation only. No groups over 6 persons per reservation.
Santa also feels its best that he sit behind a plexiglass window in his staged Carousel workshop. Guests can sit near him on a bench just in front of the glass window to visit, share their wishes and about how good they’ve been, and for photo opportunities. (We will post photos of this set-up come first of November.)
We here, the staff and volunteers, look forward to joining your family in celebrating and capturing the moments of this annual tradition. We wish you all a very happy holiday season and appreciate your continued support!
