Event Description:
The city and Recology Organics are teaming up to sponsor our annual Fall Cleanup Days as a courtesy for the citizens, business owners, and city staff of Aumsville – all FREE of charge*. Drop off your leaves and yard debris and pick up a load of compost. See your October or November newsletter for your coupon for a yard of free compost from Recology.
*To drop off yard debris and/or pick up a load of organic compost free of charge, residents will be required to show a valid driver’s license with an Aumsville city limits address; Aumsville business owners, a business card with an Aumsville city limits address; city staff, an official City of Aumsville business card.
FYI: Aumsville residents may use the leaf and yard clippings drop off for free year-round. Twice a year Recology offers a yard of free compost. They have currently gone to their winter hours: 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. Closed on the weekends.
