Public may submit events for inclusion on our event calendar. Events must be held in the region served by the Stayton Sublimity Chamber OR events affliated with their local members. Youth Sports Physicals
Committed to keeping local youth in the game, Salem Health Orthopedics is proud to offer free sports physicals to support athlete’s health and safety. Sports physicals are available for middle and high school aged youth (6th - 12th grade). Each youth is required to have a completed OSAA form.

Registration closes Friday, August 8 at 3 p.m. Limited walk-ins available. Reserve your spot early!
