Join us for Yoga in the Park!
We’ll be gathering as a community to practice a ~60 minute gentle yoga class outside at Burkland Park!
Social distancing will be in place, keeping yoga mats at least 6 feet away from each other. I’ll be wearing a mask at check-in and getting all participants’ contact information (as required per Covid-19 restrictions). Otherwise, masks are optional.
DETAILS:
-Class is at 10 am.
-Cost is a $5-10, pay what you can.
-Pre-registration is encouraged and payment can be made on the Cascadia Yoga & Wellness website under “shop” (CascadiaYogaWellness.com) or upon arrival to class - cash, card, Venmo, PayPal.
-We’ll be practicing yoga outdoors, so bring sunscreen, sunglasses, water, towel, jacket, etc. Shade will be available.
-Bring a yoga mat - there will be a few available for those who don’t have one.
