Santiam Hospital is excited to host a wonderful presentation with Susan Gallagher, Owner of Gallagher Fitness, called ?Shoes and Getting Started.? Susan will cover many topics that will include: benefits of walking and running, setting goals, consistency, condition, target heart rate, doctor approval, warm-up and cool-down, stretching, injury prevention, keeping a log, how to buy the right shoes, orthotics and socks.
