This is a support group for those who have an estranged relationship with food and are ready to heal. We talk about body image issues as well as toxic thoughts and behaviors. No referral or diagnosis needed to join this group. We will be working out of a book written by people who have had an eating disorder and recovered. Recovery is possible.
