Santiam Canyon Stampede: Saturday Night Rodeo
The Santiam Canyon Stampede was established in 1997 as a PRCA sanctioned rodeo. Following the 1999 season the rodeo was purchased by the community and re-organized as a nonprofit corporation. The reorganization produced the Stayton/Sublimity Rodeo Association, Inc. as the new owner of the Santiam Canyon Stampede. The end of the 2010 season saw another change for the Stampede. The Stampede made the move to become an NPRA sanctioned rodeo starting in 2011 rodeo season.
