Event Description:
Work day at the Brown House. Volunteer projects include work to prepare the wood floors on the main level of the house to be protected and refinished. People are also needed to pack and move dishes from cabinets, moving furniture, and sweep/mop/cleaning to assist the floor project. There will be some work filling holes or removing & replacing segments of floor boards that are too damaged to repair. We will also cover or remove all items hanging on the walls.
