Event Description:
Join us for live music with McKayla Marie! With musical influences such as Garth Brooks, Maren Morris, and Kacey Musgraves, McKayla has created a style that encompasses the characteristics of her heroes. In 2020, McKayla Marie released her debut single, “Young Love'“, which reached 17,000 streams in the first week of the release. In 2021, McKayla moved to Nashville and released the heart-felt ballad, “Half Life” shortly after. Both “Young Love” and “Half Life” landed on iconic Spotify and Apple Music playlists and continue to reach people daily. McKayla lived in Nashville for two years and has since moved back to her hometown in Oregon to tour around the Pacific Northwest. She often makes the trek back to Nashville to write and record.
The tasting room is open from 4-9 pm with music from 6-8 pm. Award-winning, student-made wine along with beer, cider and charcuterie platters are available in the tasting room, or bring your own picnic. Weather permitting, he will perform on the patio, where seating is on a first come, first served basis. Otherwise, the performance will be indoors. For groups of 6 or more, please contact Chemeketa Cellars for reserved seating. This event is free and open to all ages.
