The first in our exclusive 10 Falls Culinary Series, 'How to Master Thanksgiving Dinner' will teach you how to approach your holiday meal as a professional and build in more of those oohs and ahhhs from your guests. Exceed even you own expectations through this engaging lecture and cooking demonstration. Afterwards, dine on the meal you’ve just learned to prepare. Advanced registration required. This workshop will be taught by Silver Falls Lodge & Conference Center’s Executive Chef , Peter Dwyer. Chef peter is a Certified Culinary Educator, Former College Culinary Arts Instructor, and Former Appointed Culinary Competition Judge.
