This is why, the Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) have partnered to present a series of 4 webinars to provide businesses with valuable information & resources. In each session you will gain guidance to help you recover from the impacts of COVID-19. In this session, the SBA will present:
Preparing for PPP Loan Forgiveness Application, the overall process and forms, required information and documents. Forgiveness criteria & safe harbor.
And the BBB will present:
Mitigating Miscommunication. How to avoid miscommunication with customers during these times.
