Event Description:
We will have violinist Mark Babson and fiddler Truman Price presenting a program of the many genres of music written for violin. Mark will play 3 classical pieces for us, including ones by Bach, Paganini, and Telemann. Truman will play fiddle tunes from Oregon Trail to Swing to Contemporary favorites. This unusual concert featuring contrasting music styles will undoubtedly make for a fascinating presentation.
