Youth Sports Physicals
Committed to keeping local youth in the game, Salem Health Orthopedics is proud to offer free sports physicals to support athlete’s health and safety. Sports physicals are available for middle and high school aged youth (6th - 12th grade). Each youth is required to have a completed OSAA form.
Registration closes Friday, August 8 at 3 p.m. Limited walk-ins available. Reserve your spot early!
