Yoga, Meditation & Social Event

We invite you to join us in a guided yoga and meditation followed up with a social. The meditation will be focused on releasing stress, fears, worry & negative feelings. Bringing you to self awareness, relaxation & joy. We will be taking donations for "Purses with a Purpose", a group that fills purses with items essential for women and are given to women in need in our communities to lift them up & build confidence. We ask that you bring 2 or more, new unused items to attend event, such as make-up, deodorant, hair care items, chap stick, tooth brushes, toothpaste, etc. Space is limited please RSVP with your name in the discussion thread.
