Starter: Avocado Ahi Napoleon, Fried Glass Noodle Wrapped Jumbo Shrimp.
Entree: Comes with your choice soup, or salad. Soup: Crab Bisque with Brandy cream. Salad: Mixed greens, w/ strawberries
Prime Rib with au jus
Spinach wrapped salmon in puff pastry
Shrimp, crab, clams, scallops sauteed with linguine.
Dessert: Chocolate lava cake w/ raspberry couli, ice cream,. Chocolate lasgna trifle.
