Train the Trainer 5210

5 2 1 0 Challenge is a tool currently being used in Marion County to teach individuals how to follow a proven weight control and exercise lifestyle. 5 2 1 0 represents four healthy behaviors: Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily, limit leisure screen time to 2 hours per day or less, exercise for a cumulative total of one hour per day, and aim to have 0 sugar sweetened drinks per day. The more people in Marion County who hear the message and implement it, the healthier Marion County will become.

We are hosting a train-the-trainer session for the 5 2 1 0 challenge at Santiam Hospital Auditorium on October 25 4:00-5:30 PM. The training is for individuals who would be willing to go into their workplace or community and spread the challenge to others. Training materials will be provided at the session, and participants will learn how to deliver this message. Please consider joining our training, and pass this along to others who may be interested in attending.
