The Stayton City Council will be holding a meeting utilizing Zoom video conferencing software
on Monday, June 1, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. Limited staff will be on hand at the Community Center to
facilitate the meeting. The City has taken steps to utilize current technology to make meetings
available to the public without increasing risk of exposure.
The meeting will be live streamed on the City of Stayton’s YouTube account. To view the live
stream, you can click this link: https://youtu.be/4KG6SgOEvVQ
To maintain compliance with public meeting laws, a limited number of chairs will be provided in
the building for citizens to listen to the meeting; however, social distancing is essential in
reducing the spread of COVID-19 and no more than 10 people total will be allowed in the
building at one time. City officials strongly encourage all citizens to utilize YouTube or Zoom to
view the Council meeting rather than attending in person.
