SCTC 64th Annual Meeting

We are in need of members to serve as a volunteer on the Elections Committee. Please call the Secretary if you are interested. Three positions are up for election this year, Position #2- Incumbent David Lindemann, Position #4- Incumbent Connie Nielson will not seek reelection, and Position #7- Incumbent Robert Koenig. All positions are At Large positions. If you wish to run for one of these positions there are two ways to have your name placed on the ballot. Pursuant to the Bylaws of the Cooperative, a nominating committee will nominate one or more persons to run for each position. Contact the Secretary no later than January 4, 2019 if you wish to be considered by the nominating committee. Additional nominations may be made by petition. Nominations by Petition: Any 15 or more members of the Cooperative, acting together, may make nominations for directors at large by petition, provided such petition is filed with the Secretary of the Cooperative not less than 45 days prior to the meeting at which directors are to be elected. Petitions are available at the SCTC Business Office, 502 N 2nd Ave, Stayton, OR 97383. Petitions must be filed with the Secretary no later than March 11, 2019.
