Diabetes & Cholesterol Screening — Salem
Screening tests available include A1C, cholesterol, glucose and blood pressure. Health educators will be available at the screening to help you understand your results and what the information means for your health. Community health screenings are free and confidential.
IMPORTANT: If you plan to have your cholesterol tested, please do not eat any food or drink any beverages other than water ("fast") for nine hours prior to your test appointment for more accurate biometric numbers.
