I want to invite everyone to help me celebrate getting the mural done. Right now, at this moment I'm putting the finishing strokes on it. Tomorrow or Thursday the final sealer goes on. This has been a journey. So I feel like it's a mile stone for me. If ever the saying is true of me it was on this mural; "If there's a harder why to do it, I'll find it." But in the end, I'm satisfied with it.
It is still hanging at my studio on 351 n. third ave. That is where the reception will be.
This Saturday March 23rd. Moxieberries is serving dinner that same evening. In keeping with the blacksmith theme one of their dishes will be blacken salmon!
Also I asked Marty Seales to drag a manageable anvil plus some associated tools over and do a bit of metal work.
