o Forest mushroom bisque
o Winter greens salad with Cider vinaigrette, shaved apple, smoked hazelnuts and cranberries
Meal Choice of:
o Roasted Prime Rib with natural jus and creamed horseradish sauce, whipped Yukon gold potatoes and roasted winter vegetables
o Braised lamb shank in our specially spiced red wine and tomato reduction, gremoulata, whipped Yukon gold potatoes and roasted winter vegetables
o Grilled Steelhead with potato and yam “hash” wilted spinach and fennel-chive beurre blanc

o Dark Chocolate marquise with marionberry sauce
