I enjoyed the most remarkable cooking class this past Sunday at Silver Falls Lodge. It was presented by Chef Peter Dwyer and his sous chef Jim. I have taken several cooking classes. Peter's calm and professional demeanor not only educated me but I had the best time ever cooking. I appreciated his hands on technique with the fish filleting. Thank you Peter, I look forward to future classes when you put them on. You are a credit to the Chef/culinary industry.
