Gentle Thanksgiving
Join us on, Saturday, November 23, 2012 at the Lighthouse Farm Sanctuary, 36831 Richardson Gap Rd., Scio, OR 97374 from 1 to 3 PM. Help us have a “Gentle Thanksgiving” by honoring the formerly Abused and Neglected Farm Animals now living at the Sanctuary. Meet our latest arrivals while you get up close and personal, celebrating their unique stories and personalities. Please bring apples & carrots for the animals, grapes for the turkeys or pumpkins for the pigs. Don’t forget to bring muffins, cookies and other goodies to share with all of our compassionate friends. We will supply hot spiced cider and other warming drinks. Admission is free. This event is our way of thanking the community; and our supporters. Let our animal ambassadors show their appreciation for your generosity.
