Febuary Forum Lunch
Rick Budke, Sublimity Insurance Co., will explore how both large and small organizations might develop planning mechanisms to help guide their efforts toward success. Having a track to run on may sound pretty basic, but it is surprising how many businesses operate without specified goals and objectives. As Yogi Berra once said, “If you don’t know where you’re going, you’ll end up somewhere else.”
Rick Budke, President and CEO of Sublimity Insurance Company from 1995 through 2012 will discuss some concepts that might be utilized to run a successful franchise. Rick is a graduate of the University of Utah, and has been a business executive for the better part of 40 years. He has served on many Boards of Directors, and helped Sublimity Insurance Company become a highly respected provider of insurance products and service, with a solid financial foundation. The company grew approximately 400% in revenue and 650% in earnings under his leadership.
