*(“Sound bath”: you lay down, after a sweet yoga sesh, maybe with a blanket covering you, while jazen plays singing bowls, bells, gongs, didjeridu, kalimba and a drum over and around you. You rest deeply and surrender to the healing vibes. Literally. )
