Cascade SIT Meeting

Cascade Service Integration Team serves the Cascade School District catchment area. The teams connect service providers with identified needs. The team operates independently. We build relationships among team members. We network and share resources. The team also has funds to address local individual and community needs. The teams are made up of: School District personnel, behavioral health reps, non profits, city-state-county providers, faith communities, businesses, and local community members and leaders.
