Candy Cane Day Breakfast

Sublimity Volunteer Firefighters will be hosting a free Candy Cane Day Breakfast on Sunday, December 2, from 8 a.m. to noon, at the Sublimity Fire Station. Volunteers will be serving an all you can eat biscuits and gravy breakfast, and Santa will be arriving in the fire engine around 9:30 am. Santa will be handing out candy canes and visiting during the breakfast. Admission is free, but attendees are encouraged to donate three cans of non-perishable food or to make a monetary donation toward holiday food baskets. All food and money collected will go to local families in need this holiday season. Firefighters will be collecting food at the station and any donations are greatly appreciated. Suggested items: stuffing mix, boxed mashed potatoes, mini marshmallows and canned items (yams/sweet potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, corn, fruit cocktail and peaches).
