Candidate Informational Session

Have you thought about running for city office but are confused with the process or worry about the commitment? The Stayton/Sublimity Chamber of Commerce would like to invite you to an informational session on August 7, 6:00-7:00 PM at the Stayton Public Library’s E.G. Siegmund room.
 
This session will cover the basics of filing for office, what the requirements are to run for local city office, and a question and answer period with two current city councilors. Jennifer Niegel and Brian Quigley will be on hand to answer questions and outline the commitment expected of a city councilor.
