Join our 90 day (13 Week) Class Cost includes a healthy eating plan, exercise recommendations, accountability, group support, private Facebook group, weekly learning, workbook and food journal. Some of our weekly topics include: goal setting, the importance of protein, repair your heart health, mastering your food environment, emotional eating, dealing with stress, hormone health. Class runs September 20th – December 20th on Tuesday nights at 7:00pm Cost: $149 per individual Join with a friend for $99 each. (You'll be more likely to be successful with a daily accountability partner.) Add a private consultation for $79. We can work together to set a customized plan to address your personal health goals and issues to help you be more successful. Space is limited to the first 12 registrants.
