Qualifications

Responsibilities
- The Personal Trainer is primarily responsible for helping members get to a healthier place
- The Personal Trainer will lead and build our small group and 1:1 training programs
- Our coaches must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to create and conduct safe and effective exercise for a wide variety of participants
- The PT does this by servicing fitness consultations, traditional (1:1) training, small group training, and additional programming opportunities as deemed appropriate by individual club
- Beyond the traditional roles described, the coach provides guidance, education, and encouragement, and most importantly, develops relationships with all members to improve member retention
- The Personal Trainer will demonstrate above average customer service skills
- Coaches are also responsible for the general upkeep of the club (equipment, restrooms, floor cleanliness), sales and marketing for programming, and proactive outreach to inactive members to assist in retention efforts
