Office Staff

Our office staff plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HVAC business, providing support to both our field technicians and customers.

Some specific tasks you may be responsible for as an office staff member include:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls and emails from customers and vendors
  • Scheduling service appointments for our field technicians and dispatching them to job sites
  • Maintaining accurate customer and job records in our database
  • Creating and processing work orders, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment
  • Coordination with our accounting team to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
