The Case Manager role will be 20 hours per week and involves the matching of volunteers/mentors with foster families/youth in foster care, the facilitation of a needs assessment/initial meetup to establish baseline needs, conducting the training of all volunteers, and monitoring the ongoing success and challenges with matched cases by engaging volunteers in monthly reports and engaging families in regular dialogue about progress and impact of the Salem Angels’ program.

This also involves creating case profiles, gathering stories to be used in impact reports, and marketing and tracking data on the success of each Salem Angels’ match. This is a hybrid position, with responsibilities both in and out of the office.
