About our speaker:
Athena Nofziger is a consultant for businesses to offer nutrition seminars/classes and one-on-one appointments with their employees as part of their existing employee wellness program or assisting with starting an employee wellness program. Services provided offsite or at the business site.
She offers nutrition classes including weight loss classes, heart healthy lifestyle, anti-inflammatory nutrition, healthy cooking and grocery shopping etc, plus food demos and cooking classes. She provides health and nutrition information for safety meetings or publications to be dispersed to employees.
Athena also offers individual, personal client consulting for nutrition education/coaching including weight loss, anti-inflammatory nutrition, FODMAPs, elimination diets and much more.
