The H Group, Inc., Collier Law and Willamette Valley Hospice are proud to bring back Women’s Worth with a virtual edition for 2020. This complimentary seminar has been created by and for women. Why is this important? Here are a few unsettling statistics for you:
•The average age of a widow in the United States is 59.
•Women are 80% more likely than men to live in poverty after age 65.
•90% of all women will be solely responsible for their own or their families finances at some point in their lives.
These are just a few of the reasons why we’re passionate about empowering women and their relationship with their future.
During our time together, we’ll cover:
- Financial planning issues specific to women. Brenna Baucum with The H Group, Inc. aims to create tangible takeaways for everyone in the room, regardless of the phase of life they’re in.
- Estate planning opportunities and resources. Stephanie Palmblad of Collier Law will share some things to look out for as you review or create your estate plan.
- Hospice 101 and support systems. Melissa Siddoway Lindley of Willamette Valley Hospice will share the ways hospice can support you while you support your loved ones through the final chapter of life.
