Valley Starlight’s 2019 Summer Dance Session

Our program is designed for all kids interested in wanting a solid dance foundation. VS Mission is to each kids the skills to become successful Dancers/ athletes. VS will teach the basics of dance and dance team in all styles of dance wrapped into one to two classes a week. From beginners to advanced level dancers all ages and levels will be challenged and encourage each week with dance technique, basic ballet bar work, across the floors, leaps, Jumps, turns, and conditioning. All classes will incorporate Yoga and Pilates as well. NO dance experience needed.
