Join us in Historic Downtown Stayton for a weeklong celebration filled with holiday cheer and wintery activities. Throughout the week, visit local downtown shops to fill out your holiday passport to enter in a raffle and vote for your favorite holiday window display. Also, mark your calendars for the special events on November 29th, 30th, and December 6th.
November 29th @ 5:00 - 9:00 PM | Holiday Fest
Join us in your favorite holiday sweater for an enchanting evening filled with holiday spirit! Enjoy a complimentary sleigh ride while you check out your favorite window display. Have a warm drink while you shop for the perfect gift and visit Santa. Cozy up by the fire pit or visit the charming igloo. Exciting surprises await, so keep an eye out.
November 30th @ 1:00 - 3:00 PM | First Responders Tree Decorating
While you are out and about on this Small Business Saturday, swing by our First Responders Tree Decorating event. Emergency vehicles and staff from Stayton Police, Stayton Fire, and Santiam Hospital will be on site helping to decorate our tree. There will also be craft stations to create your own emergency responder decoration, which you can take home or add to the downtown holiday tree.
Take a moment to say hello and meet the local heroes who are out every day to keep our community safe.
December 6th @ 5:00 - 9:00 PM | Winter Wonderland Walk & Grand Finale Ceremony
Start your evening at 5 PM with the Winter Wonderland Walk, a magical illuminated journey beginning at the Stayton Public Library. Explore the beautifully lit Wonderland inside and around the Library. Then at 5:30 PM, enjoy a festive lighted walk through Stayton’s Historic Downtown. Leisurely make your way to the holiday tree for the Grand Finale Ceremony at 6 PM. Watch as local talent takes to the stage for caroling and announcing the winners of the window display contest and passport raffle before we wrap up the week with a dazzling display of the tree lighting ceremony!
