Freedom from Smoking | Salem Hosptial
You have already taken the first step if you are considering quitting smoking. Now it’s time to take the next step by enrolling in a smoking cessation program. The American Lung Association’s Freedom from Smoking® has been the leading adult smoking cessation program for over 25 years.
In this supportive group you will:
Work with a tobacco treatment specialist to create a quit plan Identify the tools to help you decrease cravings
Build coping strategies for managing stress
Learn how to stay smoke free for good!
