Starting on May 12, the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will host a two-part class focused on how to best find and keep great employees in a small business environment. Local HR expert, Reina Daugherty, will lead the class.

  • Screening
  • Interviewing
  • Selection Processes
  • Employee Engagement and Retention Strategies
 
As part of the class, each participant will receive an individual advising session with Reina Daugherty.
