Event Description:
Starting with the first character at the 1903 Brown House on First Avenue (Stayton's first hospital), your tour will then take you to Old Downtown Stayton . There you will encounter costumed characters who will tell you about the history of Stayton, with a little mystery, folk tales, and maybe a ghost or two! Chocolates will be given out at each location. The tour takes about an hour. Past year’s feedback has told us that people come from near and far and enjoy learning about Stayton’s early history. They also enjoy “Trick or Treating” for adults. New stops, new characters- so come again even if you have been before!
