How fast to rubber ducks swim? Find out at the Santiam SummerFest.
Buy your ducks all day 10AM - 2:30PM from the Stayton Area Rotary. At 3 PM they will dump all the ducks into the creek near at 3rd and High St and chase them down street, catching the winning ducks down at the Stayton Library.
