DESCRIPTION:The Stayton City Council will be holding a hybrid meeting utilizing Zoom video conferencing software on\n\nMonday\, August 16\, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be live streamed on the City of Stayton's\n\nYouTube account. Please use the following option to view the meeting:\n\n  Live Stream on the City of Stayton YouTube   https://youtu.be/PuMJwwwHXpg\n\nPublic Comment and Public Hearing Testimony: Meetings allow for in-person\, virtual\, or written public\n\ncomment. If a community member has a barrier which prevents them from participating via one of the\n\nmethods below\, they should contact City staff at cityofstayton@ci.stayton.or.us no less than three\n\nhours prior to the meeting start time to make arrangements to participate.\n\nAll parties interested in providing public comment or testifying as part of a public hearing shall\n\nparticipate using one of the following methods:\n\n  In-Person Comment: Parties interested in providing in-person verbal public comment shall fill\n\nout a "Request for Recognition" form available at the meeting. Forms must be filled out and\n\nsubmitted to the Administrative Services Manager prior to the meeting start time.\n\n  Video or Audio Conference Call: Parties interested in providing verbal comment shall contact\n\nCity staff at cityofstayton@ci.stayton.or.us at least three hours prior to the meeting start time\n\nwith their request. Staff will collect their contact information and provide them with information\n\non how to access the meeting to provide comment.\n\n  Written Comment: It is strongly encouraged that interested parties provide testimony in\n\nwriting prior to the meeting. Written comment submitted to cityofstayton@ci.stayton.or.us at\n\nleast three hours prior to the meeting start time will be provided to the public body in advance\n\nof the meeting and added to the public body's webpage where agenda packets are posted.\n\nMeetings are open to the public.\n\nThe meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities.
