DESCRIPTION:The 69th Annual Meeting of the members of SCTC will be held April 25\, 2024. \n\nWe are always looking for members to serve as a volunteer on the Elections Committee. Please call the Secretary if you are interested 503-769-8453.\n\nTwo positions are up for election this year\, Position #3\, Incumbent Thomas Schumacher and Position #5\, Incumbent Don Harteloo\, both seeking re-election. All positions are At Large Positions.\n\nIf you wish to seek elections for one of these positions\, you may run by Petition. \n\nNominations by Petition: Any 15 or more members of the Cooperative\, acting together\, may make nominations for directors by petition provided sch petition is filed with the Secretary of the Cooperative not less than 45 days prior to meeting at which directors are to be elected. \n\nIf you are interested in running for one of these positions\, please email Marilyn at marilyn@sctcweb.com to request a petition. Petitions must be filed with the Secretary no later than March 11\, 2024.\n\nQuestions may be addressed to the Secretary at 503-769-8453.
