I am so excited to offer photography summer camps at my studio in Stayton for your kids this upcoming July! Limited spots available!
\n\nAll camps will cover the important considerations in photography when taking a photo\, teaching basics as well as a few more advanced skills.
\n\n*Age groups: if you have questions whether a student might fit into one group or the other\, or have a student just outside these age groups\, feel free to ask.
\n\nEach child will get to have fun as we also will be doing lots of activities including using polaroid cameras\, learning how to apply the skills learned with digital photos\, doing a scavenger hunt\, having a printed photo to bring home\, a fun dress up day and prizes!
\n\nA DSLR camera with &ldquo\;manual&rdquo\; mode\, especially for the 11-14 age group camps\, is highly recommended for the best learning. All kids should bring whatever digital camera they do have at home\, whether it&rsquo\;s a cell phone\, a point and shoot\, or a DSLR. If you don&rsquo\;t have one that&rsquo\;s ok - I will have one or two extra cameras to share with the group.
\n\nAnd as a bonus for each parent\, you will receive one photo of your child from me at camp as a digital download\, after the camp week has ended!
\n\nSome activities will be outdoors\, weather permitting\, so please have your child come prepared with sunscreen\, a water bottle\, and any other considerations for outdoor time needed. My studio does have AC so we will stay nice and comfortable in the studio\, no matter what the weather!
