DESCRIPTION:Local citizens are invited to join Cohort members\, 9AM - Noon\, to complete projects. Chosen projects include: Stayton - Paint the Wall\, Mehama & Lyons - Mehama Community Center\, and Mill City - North Santiam River Clean Up. All ages are invited to participate\, with those under 13 years of age to be accompanied by an adult. In addition to volunteers\, donations of paint\, paint brushes\, plants\, gloves\, and gardening tools are welcome. A participant thank-you celebration will follow at Camp Taloali\, 15934 N Santiam Hwy SE\, Stayton from 12:30 - 2:30PM. Food\, live music\, recreational activities\, and environmental resource information booths will be available. Volunteers at the thank-you celebration will be entered to win prizes.
