DESCRIPTION:Our program begins at 11:00am. with special guest Vivian Eng of the Mid Valley Literacy Center. Please join us to learn more about MVLC's support of local learners working toward a GED\, naturalization and citizenship status\, as well as\, support for youth education and literacy. Vivian will also share details regarding volunteer opportunities for those interested in assisting with these important programs. Refreshments will be served. DAR is a non-profit\, non-political volunteer women's service organization which has promoted historic preservation\, education and patriotism since its formation in 1890.
