DESCRIPTION:The Stayton Planning Commission will be holding a hybrid meeting utilizing Zoom video conferencing\n\nsoftware on Monday\, November 29\, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be live streamed on the City of\n\nStayton's YouTube account. Please use the following option to view the meeting:\n\n  Live Stream on the City of Stayton YouTube   https://youtu.be/ZuDsDpjj7RM\n\nPublic Hearing Testimony: Meetings allow for in-person\, virtual\, or written public comment. If a\n\ncommunity member has a barrier which prevents them from participating via one of the methods\n\nbelow\, they should contact City staff at dfleishman@staytonoregon.gov no less than three hours prior\n\nto the meeting start time to make arrangements to participate.\n\nAll parties interested in providing public comment or testifying as part of a public hearing shall\n\nparticipate using one of the following methods:\n\n  In-Person Comment: Parties interested in providing in-person verbal public comment shall fill\n\nout a "Request for Recognition" form available at the meeting. Forms must be filled out and\n\nsubmitted to the Administrative Services Manager prior to the meeting start time.\n\n  Video or Audio Conference Call: Parties interested in providing virtual comment shall contact\n\nCity staff at dfleishman@staytonoregon.gov at least three hours prior to the meeting start time\n\nwith their request. Staff will collect their contact information and provide them with information\n\non how to access the meeting to provide comment.\n\n  Written Comment: Written comment submitted to dfleishman@staytonoregon.gov at least\n\nthree hours prior to the meeting start time will be provided to the public body in advance of\n\nthe meeting and added to the public body's webpage where agenda packets are posted.\n\nMeetings are open to the public.
