Cherriots' consultant will be on hand to give a presentation and lead the discussion on the changes. Cherriots values the feedback of the cities\, counties\, and public stakeholders it serves and the Board needs to hear your concerns prior to coming to a decision on the type of service to implement in the Spring\, 2017. The Board will determine the final service plan at the January 26\, 2017 Board meeting. This meeting will be held at the Stayton Public Library Community Room\, 515 N First Ave\, Stayton\, OR on Tuesday\, September 20\, 2016 (7:00-8:00pm). Along with the other public outreach Cherriots will conduct such as on-board the buses and at public events such as the Aumsville Saturday Market\, Cherriots feels that a special meeting is needed for the Canyon area cities' elected officials so that all options can be considered. There will be two parts to this meeting. The first hour (5:30-6:30pm) will be open to elected officials and invited public stakeholders. The general public is welcome to attend and observe the meeting\, but not participate. The second hour (7:00-8:00pm) will be the time for the general public to give their feedback.
