DESCRIPTION:Brown House Event Center will hold a Candidate Forum on October 16\, 2018 at 6:30 pm. All five candidates for Stayton City Council - Priscilla Glidewell\, Paige Hook\, Ralph Lewis\, Jordan Ohrt\, and David Patty- have agreed to participate. The question and answer format will be moderated by Wendy Stone\, and the candidates will be given topics beforehand but not actual questions. A variety of topics will be covered\, with a chance for questions from the audience at the end of the evening. Refreshments will be served. This is your chance to learn about all of the candidates prior to the mailing of ballots between October 17th and 22nd. Ballots are due by November 6th. Stayton City Councilors are elected for four year terms\, and there are three positions open. The three candidates with the most votes will fill the vacant positions.
