DESCRIPTION:25 years ago\, Santiam Heritage Foundation was formed to restore the 1903 Charles and Martha Brown House for community use. While never going into debt\, using countless hours of volunteer labor\, public grants\, and community donations\, the house is now complete. In celebration of the completion\, and the 25th anniversary of the Santiam Heritage Foundation\, we will offer an Open House Celebration for the community\, especially anyone who has been involved in the project in any way. We will also dedicate the new memorial garden for Carol Zolkoske and Carlos Hernandez. Docent guided tours and light refreshments will be offered.
